NGH was founded in 1986 in Bosanska Posavina, Odžak, Bosnia and Herzegovina as a service company specializing in the maintenance and repair of hydraulic systems for construction and mining machinery. Over the years, the company expanded into regional markets, establishing offices in Skopje, North Macedonia and Zagreb, Croatia. In the mid-1990s, NGH became the official representative of Liebherr, a global leader in construction and mining machinery.
In 2007, NGH further diversified its offerings by becoming the general distributor for Nestro Petrol Group, representing their oil and lubricants products in the Republic of North Macedonia. This strategic partnership strengthened NGH’s position in the market, enabling it to provide a wide range of services and products for industries such as construction, mining, and transportation across the Balkans.
